Tensions rage high after a 12.5hr flight from Canada! Hahaha, kidding of course...the Chi is always strong with Chiu Lau students! In this photo the gang gathers at the Shanghai airport to collect belongings and head to our first hotel. We are incredibly thankful for a decent bed but for many of us, the time-zone change has us wired to go, so a few of us (literally 3 or so) headed to the hotel's gym/pool area for a late-night run and forms practice. I can't remember the name of the hotel at this point, but it was nice.
